  1. General Terms
    This website is the official online platform of FRY DAY cafe, allowing users to browse the menu and place food delivery orders.
  2. Ordering and Pricing
    • All prices displayed on the website are final and include all applicable taxes.
    • Delivery is a paid service calculated automatically based on distance (within a 5 km radius, 1,000 – 1,500 AMD). Delivery is free for orders exceeding 15,000 AMD.
    • The minimum order amount is 2,500 AMD.

  3. Delivery Schedule and Restrictions
    Delivery hours are Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 23:00, and Sunday from 11:00 to 23:00. On holidays or non-working days, the platform will automatically offer the next available working slot.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery addresses and contact phone numbers. The Company is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to inaccurate client information.
    • The Company guarantees that food orders will be delivered fresh, hot, and within the estimated timeframe (averaging 30-50 minutes).

  5. Governing Law
    All disputes or feedback should first be addressed via our support line at +374 (99) 230696. Any unresolved matters will be handled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
