At FRY DAY<\/strong> cafe, we do our best to ensure your orders are fresh, delicious, and arrive in perfect condition. Since our delivered products consist of perishable food items, our refund and return conditions apply according to the following rules:<\/div>\r\n

1. Order Cancellation and Modification<\/div>\r\n

  • Since the preparation of dishes begins immediately after receiving the order, you can cancel or modify your order within a maximum of 5 minutes<\/strong> after placement.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • To cancel or modify, please immediately call our support center at +374 (99) 230696<\/strong>. After this timeframe, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    2. Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements<\/div>\r\n
    You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement only in the following exceptional cases:<\/div>\r\n

    • Incorrect Item:<\/strong> If the dish delivered does not match what you ordered on the website.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    • Damaged Order:<\/strong> If the food packaging integrity was compromised during transit, affecting its proper quality.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    • Missing Items:<\/strong> If any dish or drink from your order is missing (in this case, only the missing item’s amount will be refunded, or it will be promptly redelivered).<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

      3. How to Report an Issue<\/div>\r\n

      • Our operator may request a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to review and resolve the issue quickly.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

        4. Refund Processing Time<\/div>\r\n

        • Cash Payments:<\/strong> The refund is given on the spot by the courier or arranged accordingly by the cafe.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
        • Online Payments (Idram, Bank Cards):<\/strong> The refund transaction is processed immediately by us. The actual credit to your account depends on your banking institution and may take 1-5 business days.<\/span>\r\n
